Lauren Emerson is a lover of stories and the people who tell them. As co-chair of the Trademark and Copyright Practice Group at Leason Ellis, Lauren weaves her passion for intellectual property with her deep appreciation for the written word. A lifelong reader with a degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Dartmouth College, she has a unique talent for championing authors and helping them navigate the sometimes-murky waters of IP rights. Her practice is recognized by WTR, WWL, and Super Lawyers for its blend of precision and heart and her dedication to defending her clients and the stories they create. When she’s not speaking at industry events or authoring amicus briefs on the intricacies of copyright law, Lauren can be found curled up with a book.
